Supportive accountability with empathic grit
We're a behavioral fitness practice — supportive accountability with empathic grit. We build the infrastructure first: sleep, movement, nutrition, light, structure. Get the foundation right and everything built on top of it holds.
Gregory Salerian founded the Center for Behavioral Fitness after rebuilding his own brain first. Twenty years of clinical work went into the model, and so did the rebuild. We work with ADHD, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, OCD, and depression — including the flat kind where nothing's wrong and nothing works.
Gregory's sessions are virtual or Walk N Talk on the Audubon Park loop. The practice also sees clients at the office on Saint Charles Avenue, where Madison Bates works. Either way, we're here to redirect, strengthen, and change behavior. Start with a free fifteen-minute consultation and we'll tell you straight whether it fits.
